Overview
iCity a subsidiary of universal media was assigned as an authorized reseller and retailer for Kuwait and Iraq by Apple IMC Middle East in July 2005. iCity opened several Apple centers in Kuwait, and has plans to expand its network in the future.

Optoma offers excellent Audio-Visual solution for business, educational and home environment. Optima's products include LCD and DLP projectors, Audio Visual Accessories, Theaters solutions and video conferencing solutions.
Optoma utilizes "Texas Instruments" Digital Processing Technology (DLP) to provide state-of-the-art solutions that combine superior image processing with exceptional engineering, to deliver images that are bright, crystal clear and tuned for tone and color. Optoma extended their solutions to include the following:
- Micro-portable DLP projectors.

In 2007 Optoma combined efforts with Universal Media to improve the awareness of its product offering in Kuwait. Umedia is currently an exclusive distributor of Optoma in Kuwait. Unitek is a product offering that was developed by Universal Media. Unitek products cover a wide rage of office automation equipments and solutions. To attend to the vast needs of its clients in the Middle East region, Umedia develops Unitek products and manufactures them on an OEM basis with world-class manufactures around the world.
